Update: Thursday, October 15th we will have our last TouchGlobal meeting. Since the 1950s we have rolled bandages and sewed layettes for the hospital in Tandala, Africa. Recently we have sewn other items for Bonell, the Women's Place, and the Eaton Early Learning Center. A very big THANK YOU to all you faithful women who have served in this capacity! In heaven we will know how many lives you have touched.

If you have any projects out that you have taken home to work on, please bring them back Sunday, 10/11/09. We will be donating our stash of material and finished bandages and layettes to the Mountain View Free Church in Greeley.

This is the mission arm of our Women's Ministry. It includes gathering clothes and blankets for local outreach ministries; rolling bandages from old sheets for the hospital in Tandala Africa; sending cards to those who need encouragement or to help celebrate a special event. They meet the 3rd Thursday of each month (except November and December) 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM in the Family Activity Center.

3/29/09: TouchGlobal is starting to meet twice a month beginning April 2nd. The second date is April 16th. Women are welcome to come and go from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the Family Activity Center. Bring a lunch is you plan to stay. This ministry is expanding and they need as many helping hands as possible.

Needed: Ladies with a willing heart!
Come join us in a 'compassion ministry' creating items to be distributed to those in need on the mission field and others in our community. All skill levels are needed to cut fabric, sew and roll bandages, cut and paste scripture memory cards, tie quilts, and more! TouchGlobal is open to those in our church and the community. It's a great time of fellowship as we meet the practical needs of others. Join us the third Thursday of every month in the Family Activity Center. Come and go as your schedule permits between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.
